Got the post done a few days early this season! I know that most will by hyped that Attack on Titan is finally returning with a second season, which I will mention in my sequels portion of the post. But for my 12 highlights, I thought I’d narrow the criteria to show only non-sequels and a variety of different shows of interest ranging from mainstream -> niche.  I believe that anime is one of the best story telling mediums there are and hope that at least one show a season catches the eye of readers and fans alike.

Here we are at another Fall Season. As I may have stated much earlier in the year, 2014 in particular seems to be a greater than usual year for anime. This fall fully exemplifies that and with the amount of shows I’m saying YES to, I certainly believe that to be the case. All in all, we are “ending” the year with a bang. Yes, I know that there is the Winter Season coming up after, but depending on your view of things; that could be considered the start of next year.

So here we go, let’s end this with a bang!

Ash here. I’m back again with another set of Afterwords that rounds of most of my missed seasons. For the new season, besides Maou, I’m having Xewleer do most of the AAA shows in an effort to have him post more. I’m in my last semester of college as well, unless I go for a Masters, and I think I need the extra time to focus myself. School starts on the 14th and I’m a bit nervous about it, but otherwise calm. Hope this new year has been good to people thus far, I certainly have been enjoying both good and bad times.

Well that wraps up a bit of rambling I wanted to start with. Horizon has been one of those series that I adore because of how it builds itself. At first glance, you think it’s not that special, but only by giving a careful study, do you realize its brilliance and greatness. Onward to the season 2 afterword!

Taking advantage of the opportunity that the Mikawa Conflict provides, Tori and his comrades attempt to rescue Horizon from the Testament Union. But even as the Floating City Musashi speeds towards its next destination, the Floating Island England, Tres España is preparing its own armada for war against the British Islanders. Now, as the quest of Horizon’s emotions builds to its climax, Tori’s new battle is about to begin in the land ruled by the Fairy Queen! The reenactment of the history described in the mysterious Testament continues as the secret of the Armor of Deadly Sins is unleashed in the spectacular second season of Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere!

It’s New Year’s Eve and I’m just hanging with friends. Snow has started to fall around my area, which is both a welcoming and depressing sight, the latter because it didn’t snow on Christmas. I’ve added a bit on The World at the wiki, but have otherwise spent the day watching anime movies with my friends. This is one of those reviews I didn’t want to post, because the show was a bit hard on me, for various reasons.

Hero defeats bad guy. Good triumphs over evil. The end. Or, at least that’s how it usually goes. But what happens after the hero goes home? Our hero, Akatsuki Ousawa, is about to find out that sometimes the greatest adventure starts once happily ever after ends.
